Drinking at least 50 oz (1.5 liters) of water per day is super important if you want to lose weight and have well-hydrated muscles. Starting your day with a healthy breakfast will give you a boost!

Your breakfast should be fiber- and protein-rich. This will provide you with energy and you won’t feel hungry soon, unlike when you eat other types of breakfast.

Eat more of the following foods:

  • Carbohydrates—fruits, vegetables, whole grain, and beans.
